What we collect and why

When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, optional company name, and message you provide. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, nothing else.

Who processes it

We use the following service providers (processors) to operate this site and the contact form:

• Cloudflare: hosts the site (processing standard request logs, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure it) and provides cookieless traffic analytics. Its bot-protection check (Turnstile) may process technical data such as your IP address and browser signals to tell people from automated bots.
• Resend: delivers your message to our inbox by email.
• Google Workspace: hosts the mailbox (info@stradasystems.com) your message is delivered to.

These providers may process data on infrastructure located outside Québec.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form messages for up to 24 months from your last exchange with us, unless we need to keep them longer to meet a legal obligation or to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or request the deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our using it. You can also complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI). Send your request to info@stradasystems.com; we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets one functional cookie to remember your language choice (English or French) when you use the language toggle. It does not track you. We also use Cloudflare's cookieless Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or collect personal information, to understand overall traffic.
